SESSÙN – a French ready-to-wear brand for women, is looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) for our future corner (new opening) in the Department Store Globus of Luzern.
Start date: Mid July 2026

Descriptif du poste

  • Store Manager

  • 33 to 41 hours per week

  • Salary: According to profile

  • Start date mid July

  • German Language min B2

Your Responsibilities:

As Store Manager, you will lead your store with vision and care, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving long-term success.

You will:

  • Develop and implement commercial, team, and operational strategies aligned with Sessùn’s values

  • Make impactful business and commercial decisions to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

  • Lead, motivate, and support your team, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth

  • Collaborate with your team to bring forward innovative ideas that enhance store performance and profitability

  • Uphold and promote the Sessùn brand image at all times

Profil recherché

  • Previous experience in retail management or several years in retail, with a desire to grow in a leadership role

  • A passion for fashion and an eye for style

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for personalized customer service and upselling

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on mentality

  • A natural role model who inspires others and represents our brand with pride

  • Fluent in German
