We are looking for our future Sales Assistant (m/f/d) as part of our new corner opening at Globus Luzern ✨

Our Offer :

  • Fixed salary

  • Bonus on achieving the sales target monthly

  • Seasonal free wardrobe

  • Start date: Mid July 2026

The job :

  • Ensure the customer journey

  • Meet the challenge of KPIs and targets.

  • Develop our customer database

  • Implement visual merchandising  and organisation of the front and back of the shop following standards and guidelines

Profil recherché

You are a fashion enthusiast, creative, and customer-oriented sales advisor with several successful retail experience and the will to develop, strong team spirit.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Passionate about fashion, you have over a year's experience in a similar position in the ready-to-wear sector, and a sound knowledge of the sector and its trends.

  • You are responsive, dynamic, versatile, results-oriented and proactive.

  • Interest in fashion

  • Valid work permit.
